These gene notations are different from those used by the previous
authors. When there is only one poly-u locus, no name is given. The number
of repeat genes in parentheses refers to the number of genes in the
genome, and the number in front of the parentheses represents the number
of genes for which the DNA sequence is available. (>x) indicates that the
actual number of repeat genes may be greater than x. |
