Sequencing:
All templates and primers must be diluted in water (not buffer)
For Plates:
Use only the non-skirted PCR plates and seals from PGC Scientific
Template Requirements:

Primer Requirements:

Add 2 ul of template and 2 ul of primer to the plate (unless you are using NAF supplied primers)
The concentration of the primers should be 1uM
Fill out and submit a sample sheet in tab delimited .txt format (Note: Sample names cannot contain hyphens in the sample sheet
For Tubes:
Samples should be submitted in 1.6 or 0.8 ul eppendorf tubes
