The current version of this program will generate the triangular figure show below that indicates which pairs of segregating sites are in significant linkage disequilibrium. Multiple gene regions may be specified within the data set and the gene regions with segregating sites are indicated at the top of the figure. The initial figure is generated in Adobe postscript language that is converted to a pdf file with Adobe Distiller. Adobe Illustrator can be used to enhance the figure as shown below.
